One of the best things about wintering in Indianola Beach, Texas was being 20 feet from the water... with a deck. Going out at 6:30am every morning to feed the animals became a cherished part of the day, because I got to witness the most spectacular sunrises many mornings, as the sun peeked over Matagorda Bay.
Shown below is a small sampling of the sunrises that I took there over the course of 5 1/2 months... and it's important that I give you a couple of quick caveats...
1) ALL of these were taken with an iPhone.
2) NONE of these were enhanced with Photoshop or any sort of filter. These are SOC, or "straight outta camera."
